Joseph Philip brings over 40 years of experience in the pest control industry, with extensive technical expertise and a strong understanding of effective service delivery. Throughout his career, he has worked with both private institutions and semi-government organisations, building a reputation for professionalism and reliability.
 

As General Manager, he continues to play a key role in ensuring Resources delivers safe, efficient, and dependable pest control solutions.

Shibu John brings over 30 years of experience in the pest control industry, supported by a post-graduate degree in Entomology and extensive technical expertise. Before joining our team in the UAE, he spent 14 years working in India, building strong knowledge in pest management and control techniques.

Girish Vijayan is an Agricultural Engineering professional with six years of experience in the UAE, bringing valuable technical knowledge and practical expertise to our team. As Supervisor, he oversees the BNPP Project, ensuring quality control and smooth project execution.

Ramjan Ali Uduman serves as our Admin Manager, bringing strong organisational skills and operational expertise to the team. With an MCA (Master of Computer Applications) degree and eight years of experience in the UAE, he plays an important role in supporting the company’s day-to-day operations.
